Ingredients

Rabbit meat, rabbit bones, rabbit heart, rabbit liver, rabbit kidney, rabbit lungs.

The average prey animal has about 10% to 15% bone, about 10% organs & the rest muscle, fat & connective tissue.  That is Mother Nature's model & therefore our model ratio for all of our Whole Ground products.

Why Feed Rabbit?

Rabbit is a novel protein, which means dogs are less likely to have already developed an intolerance to this option.  It provides highly digestible animal protein along with naturally occurring amino acids, fats, and minerals that support muscle development and overall health. Rabbit is a lean option. Excellent for those pets that need to watch their fat intake.

Storage & Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator before feeding. Stays good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days after thawing. Can be warmed slightly with warm water before feeding. Do not cook.

Refreezing may affect texture but will not impact safety if handled properly.
