Beaver is part of the natural diet of wolves, lynx, foxes, etc. It is an aquatic herbivore with webbed feet.

Our mutton contains the whole animal. It is a lamb (a sheep) that is over 1 year old. It's the same wholesome animal as its younger relative. We use the whole animal - not throw-aways or left-overs. The result is optimal nutrition using meat, bones, & organs. Includes the tripe! It is coarse ground & packaged in a convenient 2 LB. deli container & fresh frozen for your pets' optimal nutrition.

Herring is a seasonal harvest, each fall.  So, we're clearing out the last of our 2023 catch at 20% off while supplies last. 

For our Ground Lake Herring-2 LB. we start with human-grade fish, caught for their roe. This coarse grind includes the head, flesh, skin & bones (no guts, they have been eviscerated). This Lake Herring is wild caught in Lake Superior by tribal fishermen. It is a product of Wisconsin. Lake Herring is a freshwater whitefish.

An over-eager employee thought they were helping when they washed these tripe good and clean.  No bleaching or denaturants, just an over-aggressive cold-water rinse took away much of the "green" that so many people look for in tripe.  But, tripe is still high in protein and, at this clearance price, an incredibly cost-effective source of beef for your pet.  And some of the enzymes of tripe are sure to be there, just not as abundant as tripe-feeders may like.
