Ordering
To make a purchase, (i) sign into your My Pet Carnivore (MPC) account or create an MPC Account if you do not have one (this step can be skipped if shopping as a “guest”; (ii) begin adding items desired to be purchased into the virtual shopping cart; (iii) go to checkout and provide your billing and shipping information; and (iv) confirm the details of what you are purchasing and that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale and any applicable end user license agreement and click the “Place Order” button to complete the order. You will then receive a purchase confirmation email from us. To cancel your order at any time prior to the order being fulfilled email the office at help@mypetcarnivore.com.
Shipping
Orders can be shipped so long as the purchaser is willing to cover the cost of shipping. Currently, MPC ships Monday-Friday each week. Deliveries will be sent via FedEx. Before finalizing an order, the purchaser will be provided with a quote for the cost of both the products requested as well as that of the shipping charge. All MPC food is shipped frozen, but there is no guarantee as to how frozen the products will be upon arrival. All efforts will be made to keep products as cold as possible, and purchasers may be assured that if there is some thawing that takes place, refreezing the products will not affect the quality. MPC is not responsible for product loss due to perishable products delayed in ground shipping. Customers may opt for air shipping with guaranteed delivery times, or use SavedBy Package protection to insure against risk of loss, or both. MPC will not refund or replace items without SavedBy package protection.
Payment & Taxes
Payments for products purchased on the MPC website must be made by major credit card. Sales taxes for purchases will be charged according to state, county, and local laws and code.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please contact us with any questions.
Packing / Delivery Mistakes
Customers are required to alert us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery regarding any missing or mis-packed items to receive a credit or replacement item.
