Shipping policy

My Pet Carnivore offers shipping to all 48 Continental United States. Customers will be presented at checkout with the options available to their address from FedEx, UPS, and even our own local "Eco-Delivery" choices for nearby regions, including a quote for the cost of both the products requested as well as that of the shipping charge.

All products are shipped frozen, and a combination of insulation, dry ice, and/or gel-ice packs will be used to hold the product at a safe temperature through the entire transit time. We do not guarantee products will be frozen upon arrival, but purchasers may be assured that if there is some thawing that takes place, refreezing the products will not affect the quality.
