An over-eager employee thought they were helping when they washed these tripe good and clean.  No bleaching or denaturants, just an over-aggressive cold-water rinse took away much of the "green" that so many people look for in tripe.  But, tripe is still high in protein and, at this clearance price, an incredibly cost-effective source of beef for your pet.  And some of the enzymes of tripe are sure to be there, just not as abundant as tripe-feeders may like.

100% Ground Green Beef Tripe in a 2 LB. deli container! It is coarse ground from Michigan-raised, grass-fed dairy cattle. It is still all natural with no preservatives or additives and still contains no denaturing agents... Just a little too much cold water rinse.
