🚚 Holiday Transit Restrictions: Dec 15–Jan 1
To protect your orders from spoilage during the highest-risk shipping weeks of the year, we are implementing the following safeguards:
❌ No 4+ Transit Day Shipments
We will not ship any orders requiring 4 or more transit days during the last two weeks of December.
This applies to:
- Christmas Week
- New Year’s Week
🔎 Fulfillment Team Discretion
Our fulfillment company will carefully assess weather, courier volume, transit times, and regional delays.
If they see a risk of your order getting stuck in holiday chaos, they may hold the shipment until it is safe to send.
Their goal:
Avoid delays and ensure your order arrives frozen and safe.

If you’d prefer to order now but delay shipment until after the New Year, just let us know!
Before checking out, leave a note in the “order special instructions” box in the cart:
“Please ship my order after the holidays.”
We’ll take care of the rest.
⏳ Post-Holiday Catch-Up Time
Because these safety measures span two full weeks, please be patient with us in early January.
Our team will work through the holiday backlog as quickly as possible — but it may take a bit of time to return to our normal pace.

Please note that we will not be open for pickups on the following days:

- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
If you rely on local pickup, please plan accordingly.
