Our products are from small family farms in the Midwest. They are sourced and processed through Schoenborn Family Farms. We use sources that are chemical and drug free. Our raw green tripe is excellent! It is unbleached, just lightly washed, high in digestive enzymes, a near perfect calcium/phosphorus ratio.
Ground rabbit, lamb, chicken, beef, mutton, duck, beaver, muskrat, pork, goat and turkey are not made by a "recipe" like most premade raw foods. The whole animal is skinned & gutted and ground up. The rabbit, turkey, duck and chicken also include the head and feet. The stock these are made from are NOT bled out like most premade ground products so they contain the vital and nutritious blood. The beef, lamb, goat and mutton include the tripe. As close as you are going to get to whole prey feeding with a ground product, it is Mother Nature's ratio and will always be close to the optimal 80/10/10 ratio. Ground products come fresh frozen. 1, 2, and 5 pound ground products come in plastic containers. Other whole prey products & organs are packaged in plastic bags.
