Terms of Sale

To make a purchase, (i) click the “buy now” (or similar) link; (ii) sign into you’re my Pet Carnivore (MPC) Account (or create an MPC Account if you do not have one); (iii) provide your billing information; and (iv) confirm the details of what you are purchasing and that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale and any applicable end user license agreement. You will then receive a purchase confirmation email from us. To cancel your order at any time prior to completion of the order, click the “cancel” (or similar) button at the bottom of each purchase page on the applicable Website.


MPC happily delivers any and all products available on the MPC website according to the delivery schedule posted. MPC makes every effort to arrive at each location as scheduled, but last-minute delays may be caused by traffic, construction, weather, other customers or mechanical difficulties. When delays arise, MPC will make efforts to contact those along the route to apprise all purchasers of the change in schedule. If purchaser is not present at the designated location and time, MPC will wait for no more than 15 minutes before leaving the location for the next delivery. Missed pickups are covered below.


Orders can be shipped so long as the purchaser is willing to cover the cost of shipping. Currently, MPC ships on Monday of each week.  Deliveries will be sent via FedEx. Before finalizing order, the purchaser will be provided with a quote for the cost of both the products requested as well as that of the shipping charge(s). All MPC food is shipped frozen, but there is no guarantee as to how frozen the products will be upon arrival. All efforts will be made to keep all products as cold as possible, and purchasers may be assured that if there is any thawing that takes place, refreezing the products will not effect the quality.

Payment & Taxes

Payments for products purchased at the MPC website must be made by major credit card. Sales taxes for in-state purchases (Indiana) will be charged according to Indiana law. Out-of-state purchases will not be charged sales taxes. Sales tax for Out-of-state purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please contact us with any questions.

Packing / Delivery Mistakes

Customers are required to alert us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery regarding any missing or mis-packed items to receive a credit or replacement item.

Missed Connection at Drop-Off Locations

Customers not arriving in time to meet our delivery driver during any of the routes agree to the following considerations:

  • First miss, forfeiture of the delivery fee but refund of the order. (Please note, a $10.00 delivery fee will be deducted for every “Add On” order.)
  • Second miss, forfeiture of the delivery fee and a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • Third miss, forfeiture of the delivery fee, a 50% re-stocking fee.
  • A forth missed connection will result in a complete forfeiture of the purchase and a loss of pickup privileges. Customers will be free to order from that point on using our shipping service.
