This beef oxtail is from The Maker’s Meadow, a family farm in West Alexandria, Ohio that’s just as passionate about real food as we are. The Wendell Filbrun family began raising meat for their own table back in 2002. When they experienced firsthand the health benefits and exceptional quality of meat raised right, they felt called to grow more—both literally and figuratively.  Their cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on open pasture using regenerative farming practices that prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and environmental healing.
